"Bottoms Up: Wisconsin's Historic Bars and Breweries" explores the architecture and social history of Wisconsin's taverns and breweries. The one-hour WPT documentary is based on the book "Bottoms Up: A Toast to Wisconsin's Historic Bars and Breweries," written by architectural historian, James Draeger and historian Mark Speltz. Celebrate Wisconsin history--but watch responsibly.
Participating in the discussion after the preview will be the authors of the book, James Draeger and Mark Speltz; Jim Haertel, owner of Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery; and Leonard Jurgensen, a Milwaukee brewery historian.
Join in the discussion that follows.
