In this Milwaukee Public Television/Next Avenue Community Conversation, experts will share wisdom and advice to boost your brain after the age of 50. Discover how small changes to diet, exercise, and social engagement can maximize your brain health and quality of life for years to come.
Event speakers include Dr. Michelle Braun, Neuropsychologist at Wheaton-Franciscan-All Saints. Dr. Braun specializes in neuropsychological assessment, geropsychology, decisional capacity assessment and behavioral medicine. Sina Teskey is a Certified Dietician and Certified Specialist in Oncology and Eating Disorders, and writer/creator of a nutrition blog-Sina's Cupboard.
The event is free and open to the public. Parking is also free.
