Raisin Ants On Celery Logs
Ingredients
- 2 large celery stalks
- ½ cup peanut butter
- Raisins
Materials Needed
- Small sharp knife
- Cutting board
- Paper towel
- Novelty picnic plate or platter
Directions
- Cut each celery stalk into halves or thirds. (Be sure to wash and pat dry the celery.)
- Fill the insides with peanut butter.
- Sprinkle the raisins on top, for the "ants".
*** Recipe makes 2 to 3 servings. You might like to make this with low-fat cream cheese instead of peanut butter and top it with pineapple bits or olive slices.
