Easy Breakfast Bars
- 2 cups of granola
- 2 eggs beaten
- Dash of vanilla
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon for mixing
- Rubber spatula
- 8-inch square baking pan
- Hot Pads
- Combine the granola, vanilla and eggs in a bowl.
- Spread into the 8-inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
- Cut into bars.
- Spread peanut butter or jam—or both— on top of the bar. Or try banana slices and honey on top!
*** The bars are really basic so the toppings are needed for a sweeter taste.
