Easy Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of granola
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Dash of vanilla

Materials Needed

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon for mixing
  • Rubber spatula
  • 8-inch square baking pan
  • Knife
  • Hot Pads

Directions

  1. Combine the granola, vanilla and eggs in a bowl.
  2. Spread into the 8-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
  4. Cut into bars.
  5. Spread peanut butter or jam—or both— on top of the bar. Or try banana slices and honey on top!

*** The bars are really basic so the toppings are needed for a sweeter taste.
