Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

Materials Needed

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Spatula

Directions

  1. Combine banana, blueberries and yogurt in blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
