Banana Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- Measuring cups
- Combine banana, blueberries and yogurt in blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
