Baby Carrots & Raisins
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons water
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Place carrots and water in a microwaveable dish. Cover and microwave (about 10 min.) on high until the carrots are tender. (Stir halfway through cooking.)
- Drain the water.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients, cover and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes.
