Workshops

MPTV Workshops and Storytimes 2009–2010

The MPTV Outreach Service offers several daytime, on-site workshops for children, parents, child care providers and teachers. The workshops are free and vary in length. The requesting site may be asked to provide a VCR or DVD player and monitor and some basic materials such as paper, pencils and crayons. If more than one workshop is scheduled at a site, please arrange to have the various sessions in one location only. The children should come to the workshop space, rather than have the presenter move to the multiple classrooms.

Storytimes are also free and available to schools, libraries, child care centers and other community-based organizations. PBS costumed characters are NOT present at any of the workshops or storytimes.

Dates are limited.
