Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ¼ cup cilantro
- ¼ cup parsley
- ¼ cup red onions - cut into large chunks
- ¼ cup red peppers
- 1 Tablespoon jalapeno peppers (remove seeds - optional)
- 1 to 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 pinch sea salt
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse 3-4 times.
