Onion and Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup onion, cut lengthwise
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 green chili, chopped
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt(more, if desired)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix onion, tomato, and green chili.
- Add enough yogurt to blend well with the vegetables.
- Add salt and mix well.
