Onion and Tomato Salad


  • 1 cup onion, cut lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 green chili, chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt(more, if desired)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Mix onion, tomato, and green chili.
  2. Add enough yogurt to blend well with the vegetables.
  3. Add salt and mix well.
