Simple Vinaigrette

  • Blender
  • Sharp knife


  • 1 celery stalk
  • sprigs rosemary to your taste
  • sprigs thyme to your taste
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon agave


  1. Place everything in blender & blend until smooth.
  2. Place all of your salad mixture in a bowl and toss lightly. You can serve this immediately, or refrigerate vinaigrette until all flavors blend together and serve. If you are going to refrigerate salad, place vinaigrette in a jar so that you can shake lightly before you dress your salad.
