Simple Vinaigrette
- Blender
- Sharp knife
Ingredients
- 1 celery stalk
- sprigs rosemary to your taste
- sprigs thyme to your taste
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon agave
Directions
- Place everything in blender & blend until smooth.
- Place all of your salad mixture in a bowl and toss lightly. You can serve this immediately, or refrigerate vinaigrette until all flavors blend together and serve. If you are going to refrigerate salad, place vinaigrette in a jar so that you can shake lightly before you dress your salad.
