Raw Chili
Ingredients
- 3 cups tomatoes
- ½ cup parsley
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin (optional)
- pinch sea salt
- 1½ cups warm water
Directions
- Blend all ingredients to desired consistency
- Garnish with diced onions, celery, red & green peppers; minced jalapeño peppers, and shredded carrots. Add Cashew Sour Cream on top.
