Raw Chili

Ingredients

  • 3 cups tomatoes
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin (optional)
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1½ cups warm water

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients to desired consistency
  2. Garnish with diced onions, celery, red & green peppers; minced jalapeño peppers, and shredded carrots. Add Cashew Sour Cream on top.
