Sunflower Mushroom Veggie Burger

Equipment Needed:

  • Food processor
  • Knife
  • High speed blender
  • Potato peeler

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic mashed
  • 1 cup mixed herbs of your choice - parsley, basil, cilantro, etc.
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger

Instructions:

  1. Blend ingredients in food processor.
  2. Shape into patty form and garnish with nappa cabbage, olive oil, large tomatoes, dollop of tomato pesto.
