Pesto Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ¼ - ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg Amino Acids

Instructions:

  1. Blend in food processor, and stuff mushroom caps.
  2. Garnish w/ nutritional yeast
