Pesto Stuffed Mushroom Caps
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- ¼ - ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Bragg Amino Acids
Instructions:
- Blend in food processor, and stuff mushroom caps.
- Garnish w/ nutritional yeast
