Mustard & Turnip Green Delights

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunch turnip greens
  • 2 bunch mustard greens
  • 1 small turnip bottom root
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • ½ teaspoon tumeric
  • ¼ cup red onions
  • ¼ - ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning (optional / more or less to please your taste buds)
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg Amino Acids
  • ½ - 1 tablespoon agave

Instructions:

  1. Cut greens and thinly slice turnips or use potato peeler to make thin strips.
  2. Mix and toss.
