Blueberry Raspberry Torte
- Measuring spoons / cups
- Food Processor
- Microplane grater
- 2 cups raw walnuts
- 2 cups raisins
- 1 cup Medjool dates marinated in fresh squeezed lemon / lime juice
- 2-3 cups blueberries
- 2-3 cups raspberries
- Juice of dates
- Blend walnuts and raisins until smooth and creamy consistency.
- Spread on plate to form crust as base for torte.
- Blend dates and juice until creamy.
- Spread date paste on torte crust.
- Top off with blueberries and raspberries.
