Collard Green Rollups

Ingredients:

  • collard green leaves
  • 1 ½ cups red cabbage
  • 1 ½ cups green cabbage
  • 1 ½ cups turnip bottoms
  • red cayenne pepper
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • cashews
  • raisins
  • 1 cup shredded dry coconut
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 pinches sea salt
  • tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Bragg Amino Acids

Instructions:

  1. Grate cabbages and turnip bottoms
  2. Mix cabbages and spices in large bowl
  3. De-stem collard green leaves and rub leaves with olive oil
  4. Add raisins
  5. Place mixture of ingredients on collard green leaves and roll up
