Collard Green Rollups
Ingredients:
- collard green leaves
- 1 ½ cups red cabbage
- 1 ½ cups green cabbage
- 1 ½ cups turnip bottoms
- red cayenne pepper
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- cashews
- raisins
- 1 cup shredded dry coconut
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 pinches sea salt
- tablespoon lemon juice
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon Bragg Amino Acids
Instructions:
- Grate cabbages and turnip bottoms
- Mix cabbages and spices in large bowl
- De-stem collard green leaves and rub leaves with olive oil
- Add raisins
- Place mixture of ingredients on collard green leaves and roll up
