Mighty Mighty Mushroom Salsa
Ingredients:
- 4 cups portabella mushrooms, chopped
- ½ cup cilantro
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup onions, diced
- ½ cup sweet red peppers
- ½ cup green peppers
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Bragg’s Liquid Amino
- 1-2 tablespoons of Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Juice from 1 lime
- 2 Zucchinis
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in food processor and pulse to achieve desired texture (except Zucchinis)
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Add Caroline’s Cashew Onion Dip & Salsa together
- Spiralize Zucchini
