Energy Snack Balls
Ingredients:
- 1C sprouted sunflower seeds
- 1C sprouted pumpkin seeds
- 1C sprouted quinoa
- ½ C ground chia seeds
- 6 medjool dates
- pinch sea salt
- 1C goji berries
- 1C shredded coconuts
- 1C cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into food processor except coconut and cocoa powder.
- Blend to sticky consistency.
- Roll mixture into small balls and roll in coconut and/or cocoa.
