Energy Snack Balls


  • 1C sprouted sunflower seeds
  • 1C sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • 1C sprouted quinoa
  • ½ C ground chia seeds
  • 6 medjool dates
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1C goji berries
  • 1C shredded coconuts
  • 1C cocoa powder


  1. Put all ingredients into food processor except coconut and cocoa powder.
  2. Blend to sticky consistency.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls and roll in coconut and/or cocoa.
