Sprouted Cereal with Almond / Sesame Seed Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1C unsprouted sunflower seeds
  • 2C rolled oats
  • 1C sprouted quinoa
  • 1C sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • ½ C almonds
  • pinch sea salt
  • ½ C ground chia seeds
  • 2 T agave
  • ¼ C dry coconut

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse 5-10 times.
  2. Serve with sesame seed milk.
