Chocolate / Chia Seeds Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 C sesame seed milk - add more sesame seeds to thicken
  • 5 bananas
  • 2 T cocoa
  • ¼ C chia seeds
  • 2 C ice
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 inch ginger

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients except cocoa and ginger in blender and blend to desired thickness.
  2. Add cocoa & ginger and more ice and blend again.
