Sundried Tomato Chickpea Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3 C sprouted chickpea / garbanzo beans
  • 1-2 C marinated red & green peppers, onions, garlic, cilantro, jalapeño peppers & celery
  • 1-2C sundried tomatoes
  • ½-1 C tahini
  • 1t cumin
  • ½ C extra virgin olive oil or grape seed oil
  • Juice 2 lemons
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 T Bragg’s Amino
  • ½ zucchini
  • 1 C spinach
  • water as needed
  • chipotle pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place ingredients into blender and blend until smooth: garnish with fresh red & green peppers, onions, garlic, cilantro, jalapeño peppers & celery
