Kale Salad

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Lacinato Kale *
- 1 bunch curly kale
- 1 granny smith apple
- ¼ cup raisins
- ½ cup raw walnuts
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
Directions
- Remove the stems from the kale. Layer several kale leaves on top of each other and roll the leaves tightly. Use a knife to chop the kale roll into thin shreds. Chop all the kale using this process. Place the kale in a bowl and massage the leaves for 1-3 minutes to tenderize. Add the remaining ingredients and toss.
