Raw Cashew Milk

  • Blender
  • Fine wire mesh strainer
  • Measuring spoons/cups


  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 4 cups water (2 cups for thick milk for chocolate mousse)
  • 1 pinch sea salt


  1. Using a blender, blend the cashews and water until a creamy thick consistency is achieved. Can be served immediately, or you can refrigerate until ready to serve.
