Raw Cashew Milk
- Blender
- Fine wire mesh strainer
- Measuring spoons/cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 4 cups water (2 cups for thick milk for chocolate mousse)
- 1 pinch sea salt
Directions
- Using a blender, blend the cashews and water until a creamy thick consistency is achieved. Can be served immediately, or you can refrigerate until ready to serve.
