I REMEMBER: TV Historian Dick Golembiewski

Milwaukee, WI - I REMEMBER host Jim Peck and his guest, author and local broadcasting historian Dick Golembiewski, discuss details from his book "Milwaukee Television History: The Analog Years." The book, published by Marquette University Press, thoroughly details Milwaukee's broadcasting history, including "Foreman Tom," "Hot Shots" with Gordon Hinkley, "Romper Room," "Dialing for Dollars," and the minor league Brewers at Borchert Field. In 1947, WTMJ-TV was the first television station in the state to go on the air. Golembiewski is also the creator of the website, www.milwaukee-horror-hosts.com. The program airs Monday, December 15, at 6:30 p.m., on MPTV-10 & 10.1 HD.
