Milwaukee, WI -- MPTV reaches beyond the small screen to the big screen at Discovery World Innovation Theatre (DWIT) to connect interesting topics to the community through video previews and panel discussions. The third season of MPTV COMMUNITY CINEMA will be held the first Thursdays of the month at 6:30 p.m., September 3, 2009 through May 6, 2010, at the DWIT, 500 North Harbor Drive. Previews and discussions of upcoming PBS series, INDPENDENT LENS documentaries, and local MPTV specials last approximately 90 minutes. Admission is free and open to the public. Groups of friends, neighbors, co-workers, clubs, senior citizens, and other affiliations are encouraged to come together. Previews are broadcast several weeks after premiere.

MPS PRINCIPALS, Vol. 1 (MPTV)
The program is a profile of three principals whose style and leadership are making their schools successful. The principals profiled are: Dr. Cynthia Elwood, Hartford University School; Pascual Rodriguez, Bruce Guadalupe Middle School; and Dr. Floyd E. Williams, Jr., George Washington Carver Academy of Math and Science. Open discussion with the three principals follows video preview.
On MPTV 10.1 at 8:00 pm and repeat at 9:30 pm on Monday, November 16.
