A healthy and creative burger dinner is made using raw ingredients. Certified Raw Chef Caroline Carter and daughter Shenita Ray make burgers using sesame seeds, mushrooms, carrots, and other vegetables. Side dishes include: pesto stuffed mushrooms; mustard and turnip greens salad; and, a delicious smoothie dessert made with cranberries, raspberries and collard greens. Nutritionist Laurie Meyer briefly talks about the history of human eating.
